BEACH HOUSE RATES

Main House:    $435 per night (6 person maximum occupancy)

Guest House:   $250 per night (4 person maximum occupancy)

$300 per night if rented separately from main house

3-night minimum stay: October 1 through May 31

1-week minimum stay: June 1 through September 30 (and holiday weeks)

Houses may be rented separately or together.

Special rates for extended stays.
